CFC After School Child Care Program Follows The Bouncing Ball
Outdoor play time this Fall will be much more exciting and active for the children enrolled in the Citizens for Citizens, Inc. After School Day Care Program, thanks to the generosity of the Fall River Women’s Union.
After School Day Care Children Express Their “THANKS”
Opportunities to utilize playground equipment at the 427 Robeson Street, Fall River central location of the After School Day Care Program have been very limited due to a lack of durable, permanent, outside structures. After School Day Care children will now be able to play basketball and exercise their youthful energy on a newly constructed basketball court area, featuring a top notch basketball hoop, backboard, and pole system.

Eloise Carrier, Director of the CFC After School Day Care Program, commented that the children have longed for a permanent place to play basketball. “What a wonderful addition to our play space! Staff and children are thrilled, excited, and extremely grateful. The Fall River Women’s Union made a dream come true.”
