Brief Program Description: The Maple Tree Child Care Program provides high-quality care for young children through nurturing staff who follow developmentally appropriate practices. Call 508-675-2151 ext. 205 and ask for an intake appointment.

Eligibility: Infants 6 weeks to Preschoolers age 5.

Documentation Needed: Child’s immunization record and proof of a physical exam.

Application Process: An appointment must be made with the Head Teacher for registration.

Criteria for Selection: Age of child is considered first; availability of space is also a factor. Parents may pay the private rate for tuition or obtain a child care voucher for financial assistance.
