Birth to 5 Behavioral Coach
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Provide onsite coaching for Educators using the Practice Based Coaching (PBC) model.
● Conduct observations and create action plans.
● Establish and maintain consistent and regular coaching schedules (weekly, bi-weekly) with staff.
● Support Educators in brainstorming solutions to challenging behaviors as they arise.
● Analyze information to determine the meaning of the child’s behavior, possible triggers, and replacement skills needed.

● Be organized, flexible and sensitive to the needs of staff and the families we serve.

Qualifications:
● At a minimum, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Special Education with knowledge and /or training in evidenced based coaching practice and have at least 3 years experience in a preschool classroom.
● A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood may be considered depending upon the experience working with children with special needs and disabilities.
● Must display a professional attitude and appearance consistent with Head Start Performance Standards and Early Childhood Education principles. Ability to work well with low-income children and their families. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
● Experience working with children with challenging behaviors.

Position Overview: Assist Project Director in the planning and developing of all phases of program operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising FGP/RSVP volunteers.
• Prepare and complete enrollment documentation and training materials in accordance with program requirements.
• Assist in the planning and carrying out of pre-service orientation and in-service monthly training.
• Maintain volunteer and station files and records including the Volunteer Reporter database.
• Managing time sheets and mileage sheets and submitting payroll information.
• Introduce new RSVP and FGP volunteers at their stations and make periodic station visits; file reports on each visit.
• Participate and attend advisory council meetings.
• Attend training conferences conducted or authorized by the Corporation for National and Community Service as funding allows.

Qualifications & Skills:

Position Overview:
Evaluate heating systems in CFC’s service area for possible repair or replacement and inspect contractor work for program and state code compliance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Schedule appointments with clients.
Provide in-home client education to all program recipients. Develop detailed and accurate work orders and job specifications taking special care to note all unique problems.
Meet with contractors as needed to discuss the work orders and job specifications for the individual homes.
Mediate contractor disputes to successful resolution. Initiate referrals to other agency programs as appropriate.
Perform a quality control inspection of all work performed to insure all work meets acceptable quality standards and state codes.
Assist in training new HWAP staff and contractors. Occasionally attend out of town conferences and trainings.
Strict adherence to confidentiality policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent organizational and computer skills.
Knowledge of heating system functions and ability to identify problems with the existing system.
Must be capable of passing all required background checks and drug testing.

Job Title: Site Coordinator Reports to: Director / Site Supervisor

Position Overview:
Manage and direct children, staff, volunteers and aids in a school age setting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Directly responsible for managing disciplinary issues when needed and maintain student files and monthly
observations and six month observation reports. Will be responsible to maintain accurate daily attendance
and order supplies needed for daily operation. Employee will be responsible for directing staff meeting
and discuss and manage weekly planning and the execution of center activities and general functioning of
the program. Responsible to manage and oversee snack and meal sessions. Meet on a regular basis to
discuss and review program operations with the Director/School Age Site Supervisor. Employee will
handle and encourage parent contacts and concerns and attend parent meetings when deemed necessary.
Will need the ability to implement school age program goals and objectives in accordance with school age
standards and to implement first aid and health procedures. All other duties will be assessed at the
discretion of the Director/School Age Site Supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must be at least twenty years of age and meet one of the following education/experience requirements
– Have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education or related field and have six months experience
working with school age children or
– Have an associate’s degree in any field and have 9 months experience working with school age
children or
– Have a high school diploma and have one year experience working with school age children
– Knowledge of sports and arts and crafts activities
– Supervisory experience
– Must have a professional attitude consistent with school age education principles
– Must pass all background checks and fingerprint check
– Twenty hours per week during the school year and up to 35 hours per week during summer and
vacation months
